Overview

Dr. Victor is operated by ArtArray Global LLC. We want you to be happy with the Service, and we stand behind it. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.

Monthly Plans

Monthly subscriptions are billed at the start of each billing cycle. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first payment for any paid plan. If you are not satisfied with Dr. Victor within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, contact us for a full refund.

After the initial 7-day window, monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time, and you will continue to have access to your plan’s features until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing cycle.

Annual Plans

Annual subscriptions are billed in full at the start of each annual cycle. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first annual payment. If you are not satisfied within the first 14 days, contact us for a full refund.

After the 14-day window, annual subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time to prevent renewal, and access continues until the end of the annual period. We do not issue pro-rated refunds for the remaining months on an annual plan.

Plan Upgrades and Downgrades

When you upgrade your plan, the change takes effect immediately. You will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period at the new rate. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle — no partial refunds are issued for the difference.

Service Outages

In the event of an extended service outage (defined as more than 24 consecutive hours of complete unavailability), we may issue a prorated credit to affected accounts at our discretion. Brief interruptions or degraded performance do not qualify for credits or refunds.

Account Terminations

If we terminate your account for violation of our Terms of Service, you forfeit any remaining subscription period and are not eligible for a refund. If we terminate your account for reasons unrelated to any violation on your part, we will issue a prorated refund for the unused portion of your subscription.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at mail@drvictor.app with the subject line “Refund Request” and include:

  • The email address associated with your Dr. Victor account.
  • The date of the charge you are requesting a refund for.
  • A brief description of the reason for your request.

We will review your request and respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed through your original payment method and typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
