Fair Use Policy
Last updated: May 28, 2026
Overview
Dr. Victor is operated by ArtArray Company Limited. Several of our paid plans are described as “unlimited.” This policy explains what that means in practice: unlimited use is subject to reasonable fair-use limits that keep the Service fast, affordable, and available for every creator. Fair use exists to stop abuse — not to ration normal, good-faith use.
What “unlimited” means
On unlimited plans you can use the relevant features as much as a real creator reasonably needs, without a fixed monthly counter. The limits are set generously: ordinary day-to-day use — even heavy use — will not reach them. They exist only to catch patterns that are clearly outside normal individual use, such as automated scripting, bulk reselling of output, or sharing one account across many people.
Soft limits and hard limits
Each unlimited feature has two thresholds within a billing cycle:
- Soft limit — you keep full access. We simply show a heads-up that your usage is unusually high for the cycle, so nothing comes as a surprise.
- Hard limit — the feature pauses for the rest of the billing cycle. It resumes automatically at the start of your next cycle. If you have a genuine need for more, contact us and we will work with you.
What fair use applies to
Fair-use limits apply to the AI-powered and data-intensive features on unlimited plans, including:
- AI video analyses and pre-publish checks.
- AI script and carousel generation.
- TikTok Shop tools — Product DNA Scan, Goldmine, and Top-in-Niche lists.
- Channel audits (which are also subject to a per-channel cooldown).
Why we do not publish exact numbers
We tune the thresholds over time as costs and usage patterns change, and publishing fixed numbers would invite deliberate abuse right up to the ceiling. Instead we keep the limits high enough that normal use never reaches them, warn you at the soft limit, and tell you clearly if you reach the hard limit. You will always know where you stand before anything stops working.
Need more headroom?
If your workflow legitimately needs more than a plan’s fair-use allowance — for example an agency managing many channels — email us at support@drvictor.app and we will find an arrangement that fits.
Changes to fair-use limits
We may adjust fair-use thresholds, plan limits, or features as described in our Terms of Service. Material changes are communicated with advance notice, and continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of it.
