Billing, invoices, and refunds

Subscriptions bought on the web are sold by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle handles invoices, payment questions, and refunds: paddle.net.

Subscriptions bought inside the iOS app are billed by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.

If something has gone wrong, email mail@drvictor.app with “Complaint” in the subject line. We acknowledge within 2 business days and aim to resolve within 10 business days.
